Business Challenges
Through its work in exit planning, GRG Momentum recognized a common issue across many of the businesses it helped sell: a lack of what Green calls “sustainable value.” In many cases, businesses had not addressed structural or operational issues prior to sale, leaving the next owner poorly positioned for success.
